GENERAL POLICY ON SALES AND PROMOTIONS
Free shipping costs are not compatible with sales and promotions. NAADA reserves the right to apply shipping costs, even when previously free of charge.
As a general rule for all promotions and discounts, the customer must be responsible for the return costs.
Due to the high volume of orders that normally occurs in sales and promotions, in order to facilitate management and ensure the best and fastest possible service, if an item is out of stock, NAADA reserves the right to send the order without missing items by creating a discount voucher, or automatically proceeding to their refund. Likewise, at the express request of the client, the discount voucher may be reimbursed in the means of payment in which the order was placed.
No product or size changes will be made. If a customer needs to make a change in size, they must request a return through the corresponding section in their customer account and proceed to the shipment of the products, for which a discount voucher will be created or a refund will be made.. The customer must make a new order if he wants a different size. We apologize for this inconvenience but it is the fastest and most efficient way to make a change.
