If you want to return any product for any reason, please log in to your account, where you can initiate a return request. In this LINK you will find an access to your account.  To access your account you do not need a password, just a code that will be sent to your e-mail.  Click on the order you wish to return.  At the top right you will see the button to start your return.

Returns are free of charge in Spain, except for orders placed during promotions and sales.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.-Make the return request as explained above.

2.-Pack the products carefully.

3.-Clearly write on the package the word return and the order number on which you are making the return, like this: RETURN NAADA XXXX

The products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. We recommend you to open carefully and preserve this packaging until you make sure that your purchase is perfectly adapted to your needs.

Once the returned products arrive at our warehouse a small supervision will be carried out which, in case of being favorable, will lead to the process of refunding your money.

The refund will be made in the same payment method with which you placed your order.  You will receive your refund within 10 business days.

You will be able to opt for a voucher for the value of your order.  This can be more convenient and useful if for example you want to make an exchange, or you plan to make another purchase.  

Note: If the products do not meet the described conditions, NAADA reserves the right to a partial or total depreciation of the returned items.  We will not accept products without the original packaging, wrinkled, stained, or with improper use, such as not following the washing instructions correctly, etc.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to make an exchange is to proceed with the return of the items to be returned and place a new order with the new items.  In this way, we invest less resources and manage the exchange in a faster and more efficient way.  Therefore, you can place the new order at any time, since they are two different processes, and you do not have to wait for an exchange process to be completed, which is always much slower and more complicated.
